Course Cancellation or Rescheduling / Refunds
Elliott Real Estate Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course as needed. Students enrolled in a rescheduled or cancelled course will be given a minimum 5-day notice of the cancellation or revised course schedule.
If a course is cancelled or rescheduled, students will have the following options: registering for a subsequent course or request a full refund of all tuitions paid.
Withdrawals and Transfers / Refunds
A student may withdraw from the Broker Prelicensing or a Postlicensing course by giving written notice to the School prior to the start of the course. In such event, a $100 non-refundable deposit will be charged, the remaining balance will be refunded to the student.
A student who terminates enrollment in a Prelicensing or Postlicensing course either with written notice to the School or by no longer attending a course on or after the first day of class will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of paid Tuition.
Detailed Schedule of Tuition and Fees
Elliott Real Estate Academy accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card. Tuition must be received by the beginning of the first day of class. The penalty for a check returned for non-sufficient funds will be $40.00.
